

Return & Cancellation Policy
REFUND & EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged product or one with a defect, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return. We will issue a shipping label in this case. You will receive either a remake of your item a or a refund. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

For non-defective items, only non-personalized items are eligible for return or exchange. If the non-personalized item is returned within 30 days of original purchase date in mint condition, we will issue you Store Credits towards a different items or exchange for a different item of the same value. For exchange reasons not due to defective items, cost of return shipping will be borne by customers.
For personalized items, please understand that as our items are personalized and made to order, they can not returned for any other reasons such as change of mind. For the same reason, we do not offer exchanges for personalized items, such as exchange for item of a different size or color.
All clearance items are final sale.
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase via email. Please include your order number and name.
After the 24-hour grace period, a small cancellation fee can be charged on a case by case basis depending on how far we've come into the production process. Order cancellation will no longer be accepted 3 days from your order date.
