Refund policy
For defective items
If you receive a damaged product or one with a defect, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return. We will issue a shipping label in this case. You will receive either a remake of your item or a refund. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

• Only non-personalized items are eligible for return or exchange. If the non-personalized item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date in mint condition, we will issue you Store Credits towards a different item or exchange for a different item of the same value. • For exchange reasons not due to defective items, the cost of return shipping will be borne by customers. |
• Please understand that as our items are personalized and made to order, they can not be returned for any other reasons such as change of mind. • For the same reason, we do not offer exchanges for personalized items, such as an exchange for items of a different size or color. |
