PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME
As our orders are handcrafted and personalized to order, please note that your order arrival time = processing time + shipping time. Please take this into consideration when estimating your order arrival time.
Upon receipt of full payment and full personalization details, it will take some time for your order to be processed as each product is handcrafted to order. This is processing time. After the processing time, the order will be shipped to the specified shipping address using the method you selected at check-out on the ship date. The ship date is indicated on each item's product page.
