All of our jewelry is made from solid 925 sterling silver with options for 14K yellow or rose gold plates on sterling silver.
Please kindly understand sterling silver does get tarnished. How fast it gets tarnished depends on how you care for your jewelry and the nature of your sweat. However the good thing about silver jewelry is that when your piece shows signs of tarnishing, you can clean it with a polishing cloth or preferably a cleaning solution and it will look like new again.

Gold-plating can show wear pretty fast if it comes in regular contact with chemicals (shampoo, hand cream, washing solution etc) or just because the person's sweat is not compatible with gold-plated jewelry, i.e. it contains a substance that makes it rub off faster.

Please don't worry, we do not include the receipt, as most of them are purchased as gifts, unless it is required by customs for overseas customers.

Every Centime jewelry item comes in a complimentary gift box with a care and cleaning instruction card.
Order
Yes, we can do that. Simply upload the pictures and give us instructions on which word to use from which image and the order you would like. You can also place the order without uploading any pictures - simply send the pictures and instructions to contact@centimegift.com.
As much as possible, we refrain from doing that except in exceptional cases where very specific instructions are given. One’s handwriting reflects precious memory, and we try not to touch it. However, if you feel that it is important to change a certain word, contact us at contact@centimegift.com.
Cancellation can only be made within 24 hours of purchasing. You will receive an email confirming the refund and will see the money back in your account in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
After the 24-hour grace period, a small cancellation fee can be charged on a case-by-case basis depending on how far we've come into the production process. Order cancellation will no longer be accepted 3 days from your order date. In this case, I can offer you a refund for 40%.

If you never received your parcel, you should have contacted us within 1-2 months so I can start an investigation with the carrier. The United States Postal Service keeps the record of tracking service for only 120 days or 4 months. Thus, I'm afraid that we cannot find any information about your package at this time.

Gold turning green is not a sign of fake gold. Most gold jewelry would contain a small percentage of other metals to make it less soft and thus possible to craft jewelry with. It is these metals that react with chemicals in the environment or body chemicals of certain people to turn green. Our gold plate is 18K, which is the standard pretty high percentage of gold, so it is less likely to turn green. You can read more about it here.
If your body chemicals tend to turn jewelry green, I would suggest you to coat the jewelry with clear nail polish to minimize this. Also you could try going for our sterling silver, which is 92.5% silver. It might still turn green, however, even less likely as it has very high percentage of silver.
Please kindly understand even solid 925 sterling silver (which our jewelry are) does get tarnished, faster or slower depending on how you care for it and the nature of your sweat.
