Beautiful necklace- got it for a Christmas gift to give my mom. There was a mishap when it was opened that caused the chain to break but upon reaching out, the business owners where eager to replace it and upon review of my order, they actually noted that there was an error with a flower and sent me a mockup of the replacement to check over. They were extremely helpful and friendly and I will definitely be ordering from them again!
