Excellent customer service!

Excellent quality. Got it as a gift for my 5 year old's birthday. My dad passed this year and my son had been begging for something with his fingerprint ever since he saw another necklace I had. Small issue with a shipping delay, but seller sent me a message with a full explanation and remedied the issue.
